Custom Moon base with 7mm potentiometer mount

Moon base made with FreeCAD pretty simple first design. I could've made it using spheres to eliminate the need for supports. Ive mounted a 12v dome light white leds using hot glue. i maym be overloading the potentiometer. From what I've read your only supposed to run 5 leds through this potentiometer and this dome light has 8 leds. So far no sigs of heat at potentiometer.
