This adapter connects a Nikon F-mount camera (ie D3300, D5000, Nikon 35mm, etc) to a standard 38mm ISO photo tube port. 38mm ISO photo ports are found on older Nikon, Zeiss, Leica, and other microscopes.
This version is made specifically for a Nikon SMZ-2T with a Nikon 1x/16 relay lens (available used on ebay). It is parafocal and works great.
