Wizard x220s runcam support 30 deg w/ space for dual lock

This is a very slight modification of the original camera mount by daysleeper.

Changes:
- added some room for using dual lock to secure the camera
- decreased the strength of the base by 1 mm (in my opinion 1.5mm is plenty)
- slightly increased the diameter of the screw holes
