He had them printing in two parts, a top and bottom. This worked alright, but I found that they would tend to spin about while I leveled my build plate, and the bottom piece didn't really do anything. To fix this I now have an underside lip on the top piece that makes contact with the Y carriage, and there is no need for a bottom piece so I omitted it.
