Canon NB-7L battery cap remix

Reset the dimensions to fit the NB-7L battery, zeroed out the micro SD slot and added number cutouts in case you need to tell them apart, otherwise print the blank version.
I've included the SCAD file from enif's thing in case you need to tweak the dimensions to fit your print output or want to print caps for other size batteries.
FYI, The Battery height parameter does not work in OpenSCAD customizer mode, you'll have to edit the Batt_H variable in the SCAD file using a text editor.
