Heavier bowl holder

This is a heavier weight version of my previous Bowl Holder(light weight). I discovered that bouncing down the road required a heaver frame.
Essentially it is the same design, just beefed up.

there is some print waste since my printer didn't want to print proper support for the bottom latch.
