That's my first design for a profile sanding block. You will also need a hook-&-loop tape (of course the hook part) to stick the sandpaper to the surface.
The dust extraction has three vaccum holes and two hols for guiding air under the sand paper. Fits perfect to a 27mm festool dust extractor A flat version with improoved dust extraxtion will also follow.
