Logitech K400r key attachment

I dropped my K400r keyboard to the floor, two keys got broken and flew out of it. So I searched for replacement/solution for the missing keys and found the nicely modeled key by Stahlwolle, but as I wanted to keep the original printing of the key I made these inner pieces based on that design.
There's one square shaped piece for the middle buttons and one to the right corner with one corner of the key more rounded.

These should be placed inside the original keys after cleaning the old resid
