Filament cleaner for Prusa MK3 printer

Some, but not all, filaments are loaded with static electricity and attract dust from the air (drying these filaments only makes the static problem worse!). When this dust enters the extruder, it causes problems with the filament sensor, the driving wheels, and the hot end. In this example, the black PETG filament attracts dust but the red PETG filament (from the same supplier) does not.
