The Prusa Mk3 menu selection knob felt like it worked in the reverse direction to me. You could reverse the encoder direction in software or change the encoder connections, but this also reverses the adjustments for temperature etc. The only way I could think to make it work more intuitively is to relocate the control knob to the left hand side of the display. This requires a bit of soldering. See the video for details.

I'm only new to all of this, so it took a few tries to get it right. Work
