Customizable Phone Holder with AMPS mounting

This remix of Zeakfury's excellent phone mount was created to be used with my off brand phone. I am using a proclip mount for my car and added AMPS mounting holes that I needed. I also have included some more features such as cooling holes and more rounded edges. Supports may be needed if you have problems with large cooling holes.
