HTC Vive USB Insert Resized

This is a trivial tweak of one of the USB inserts for the [Vive controller stand by SG-O](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1443154). My Lulzbot Mini tends to print interlocking pieces such that the holes are too small. I was not able to get the USB cable into the insert, and I wasn't able to fit the insert into the dock. So I reduced the outer profile by 0.25mm and enlarged the USB cable hole by 0.25mm. I figured I'd share it in case anyone else has the same issue.
