Kichler ceiling fan remote holder

Needed a remote control holder for a Kichler Ceiling fan remote. Unfortunately the fan doesn't come with one and per the directions you should not have the fan wired to a wall switch. So I removed the switch, created a blank for the switch plate (to receive the screws), then created a holder to cover the switch hole in the plate. Hope this helps someone.
