Height adjustment for IKEA Orlov table leg

I need a finer adjustment for ikea orlov table legs to get an desk plate into horizontal. You need an M12x70 screw, two M12 nuts and a M12 large washer for each leg to assemble.

Replace the original plastic part with the assembled.
