Screen Box with Base (CR-10, Ender 3, Ender2 with V1.1.2 board)

After upgrading my Ender 2 to a new motherboard (Creality V1.1.2) I found that it's not compatible with the original small screen. I've replaced that with the larger screen from the Ender 3 / CR-10 and couldn't just have it sitting on the desk, so created this little screen box with a base. The top section has little spacers to counter the extra space caused by the knob mounting.
