Anet A8/AM8 E3D Direct drive baseplate for Pitan Extruder

I needed a baseplate for an E3Dv6 hotend, and wanted to use the Pitan extruder. As I was unable to find anything suitable, I created this one based on the Modular X Carriage by Don1337 - and added a mirrored version of the Pitan Extruder to it.

I am still test printing the base plate and fan folder - to see how everything matches up - so please be patient with printing the parts until I have confirmed that things match up.
