Silhouette Alta replacement extruder handle

This is a replacement handle for the Silhouette Alta extruder. The replacement of this part becomes a lot easier with an extra pair of hands.

## Replacement steps

1. Put the Alta upside down
2. Remove the white piece of plastic that holds the extruder unit in place. This part is held in place by three screws.
3. Nudge the extruder a bit so that the screw that holds the handle in place becomes exposed from the outside.
4. Remove the screw with a hex wrench. Remove the old extruder handle
