Couldn't find the correct size shelf pegs at the local hardware store and the ones I need were going to take a week to get here. So I bought a 3 foot piece of 3/16 inch round welding rod for about $4 to make my own.
27-Aug-2023 UPDATE: Removed Version 1 and uploaded a more sturdy Version 2.
