Warning : check local regulations before use,
use correct filament type,
be sure to solder all wires together so there is most possible distance to the other phase or earth.
use thinn EPOXY type to fill the case all the way to the level where the top goes,
while wet, press the top part into the hole, all the way, wipe epoxy off while it hardens.
