3 mm cable clamp plus hanging ring

I needed to be able to hang things from an overhead cable. I added a ring to the bottom of one side of the rope/cable clamp so that I could do just that!

I've been hanging flags that move around quite a bit in the wind, using just PLA and it has held up very well for months now. Use better bolts and nuts than I did, though!

I did not adjust the "nut part" of the clamp from the original design just uploaded it for ease of use.
