I loved dlsspy's idea to put the twist in the cable holder. Wanted to hold a couple more cables in a row and be able to mount it using screws.
Update 17 Apr, 2019:
Added a second option. It is has a little thicker base at 4mm, with tapered screw holes should you want to use those.
