My toddler's been watching and liking He-Man. He's been using some walkway part of the batcave as his powersword and i wanted to make him a legit one. the toddler sword you can find on thingiverse has too sharp of a tip for a toddler and is way too small. I liked how this one looked so I scaled it up to a 1.25" handle, the sword is about 30" long.
just print two, mirror the second. the pegs (if modeled right in 3d builder) should be the 1/4" x 1 1/4" dowel pegs. if they dont work, i included the peg models anyway.
i already fixed this once. i figured out there would be kind of a weird gap around the sword so i cut that off and made it all flat. it's probably not going to make a perfect 1.25" handle now, but both mirrored pieces should sit flush. if they dont, you should know how to fix that.
