Geeetech / CTC Prusa i3 DIY - Z Axis Bracket Remix with printable Bearing

Remix which has:
- different kind of structural holes
- bigger hole for the bearing (more float for M8 rods without bearing)
- printable bearing:
- normal (quite loose, should work right away) but **not** recommended (see NOTE below)
- tight (make sure inner is wide enough for rods, use drill to widen if necessary)
