Scooter Handle Bar holder

This is a prototype.
I basically made it so the handles could be secured instead of flopping around and the scooter could be stored more compactly.
This is made for the Razor A5 Lux Scooter. You could probably remix it for a smaller stand shaft as well as handle bar sizes and I will make it an option if enough people request it.
There is a small protrusion at the top which prevents the piece from shifting around if it is kept in-between the stand shaft friction keeper clip. Reference th
