Allows the drawing of pencil cross-hairs exactly under survey prism.
Needs a 25mm diameter 6mm thick disk fixed to the base of the prism. The prism needs to have a flat base/low centre of gravity. I use an imitation topcon ATP2S with a 25nn brass disk with female M6 thread. A section of 6mm rod with M6 male thread is screwed into it and threadlocked.
I have also cut off one of these which also works for a smallish 5/8" mount prism
