Draining Funnel with an attachment for Ø 7 mm PVC tubing

A funnel for a project I'm trying out, the funnel is supposed to be glued at the bottom of a container. The inner diameter of the tube attached to the funnel should be Ø 7 mm and somewhat flexible (The diameter of the connector is a bit wider than that to ensure a tight fit)

The hole at the bottom of the container should be around Ø 40 mm, the base diameter of the funnel cone is a few millimeters short of that.
