UPDATE: 7/22/18
Worked on a better tail rig to reduce the bulk and length of the chain. I used some super glue and a snip of a paperclip.
Similar to the Teckel Sprinker replacement Tail. Works fantastic, and has a lot of action. Even with the slowest retrieve it spins and makes waves in the water. On a medium, to very fast retrieve you can hear it coming from a mile away with a trail of bubbles.
Add it to whatever bait/lure you feel it will work for.
