Hollowed out the joiner tube as per comments from Barry and Yodanoob who pointed out that there is no way for the pressure to equalize within the length of the tube. No equalization, no water movement, no self leveling. Silly oversight on my part, thanks for the recommendations!

Added version 3, sort of a small rework - smaller frame, but using the same OD tube as before. Changed the folding mechanism a little bit. I don't actually wear glasses and I'm about 10,000km from
