HEVO Precision Piezo Orion Extruder Mount - Remix

This is a modified version of Robotics92's extruder mount.
It does not work with the Nimble any longer, because I modified the thickness of the base plate!

This extruder mount is meant to be used with:

- "Precision Piezo Orion"
- E3D V6
- NedalLive's enhanced "standard" X carriage.

This mount makes use of FIVE mounting points.
Four from the front (4x M3 screw) and one from behind (1x M3 screw).
There is no need of this silly brass insets!
