Printable replacement for the Caliburn silicone shock pad. Must be printed in TPU or similar flex filament.
4-5 perimeters (.4 nozzle/1.6-2.0mm wall) 20-25% infill should provide the right amount of compression. Shock pad should work with 3x.4 perimeters, but may wear faster (print wall separation).
CA glue can be used to fix to the Ram face, but when printed direct on glass, the mirror finish TPU side naturally adheres to a mirror finish Ram face without any adhesives.
