Direct Y Adapter for 1.75mm filament dual extruders and single nozzle

Here is the y-adapter that direct screw into the E3D(M10 thread). You might need to use a small round file to smooth the channels. It is better to print it from M10 thread up with a large brim. I printed it with ABS. There are two wire tie holes to secure the adapter from getting loose.

To install it:
1. Insert a 4mm PTFE tube into E3D to the top of the heatbreak
2. use a blade to cut the PTFE tube about 1mm above the E3D
3. Screw the y-adapter into E3D, but don't over tighten it. It might
