Strobe Spinning Top

I wanted one of [Shire Post's strobe spinners](https://www.shirepost.com/products/strobe-spinner-sv), but for $100 (I'm sure it's worth it), I rather print one!

Check the video on my [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/fesquivelk/) page to appreciate the effect. You might be able to see it with the naked eye using a strobe light, or flickering fluorescent lamp.

Printed in 2 colors, pausing to change filament on layer 13.

I used an M3x14 screw, with a nut under it to tighten it. Also
