ESP8266 Deauther case for 0.96" OLED

This is a case I made for the [ESP8266 Deauther](https://github.com/spacehuhn/esp8266_deauther) kit. It is inspired by the [1.3 inch Deauther Case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2241662). I used pretty much the same parts as in that build, though I did add an [Adafruit Powerboost 1000c](https://www.adafruit.com/product/2465) because I like the charging features/protections it has.

The buttons are just mounted on a perfboard and everything is wired up according to the defaults in the deau
