Garmin Egde aero handlebar mount

my previous version broke ... made an enforcement ... it broke :/

here is a version I hope it will work good if not I can edit some values (my old one was 123Design and not longer easy to edit)

- requires the clamp mechanism from a garmin mount (incl. 2 M3x8 screws)
- M3x20 screw
- M3x25 screw
- 2 pcs M3 hex nut
