UPDATE: The original author, Enoch Wright, is getting ready to upload an all-new, official version of the files. I'll leave this here as a placeholder, but I've removed the files themselves. For now. I'll mark this as a remix when he's done so and link to it.

Print 3 x Whale/Building holders, 6 x Resource holders, 1 x card holder and, optionally, 2 x extra card holders to take up the room otherwise occupied by the draw bag.
