Three Jaw Chuck Enhanced Housing M12

I've decided that original version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620) is not enough reliable because "housing" consists of 3 separated sectors. So, I added small belt of plastic (5 mm high) to join them together. It is also require a new "Scroll plate" which I've also uploaded. All other parts without changes.
Please note that this version uses M12х1.75 treading.
