The box has a small clip so it won't open on it's own. It even does a click sound when you close it.
The tolerance is not very high so a slighty squashed first layer has to be cut around the cover.
I got the color change for the letters via a prusa website, which modifies the gcode. You can choose the layer of filament change (at 100% scale it's 15.2).
