LM2596 buck vented enclosure

Remixed to

Include upper and lower vents
Include cuts outs for pin mounted cables rather than soldering directly to the board
Decreased diameter of board pegs so the board sits over them better
One set of covers has markings the other is blank

Left, on one end on the top piece, the cable hole to use as a pry point to open up the case
