"Grass" style frosting nozzle for decorating cakes and desserts. Make small cut in the corner of a plastic bag. Insert nozzle into hole from inside bag. Add frosting and squeeze. :)

Use a thicker bag like one of the freezer style bags, or hold next to the nozzle as best as you can.

Play with the temperature of the frosting to get the consistency right.
