Dust Boot for Shapeoko 3 Makita

Dust boot prototype for Shapeoko 3 with Makita router.

After printing version 001:
* The thickness was increased from 2.0 to 3.0 mm to prevent cracking.
* An additional support was added to the outlet.
* An additional .25mm of clearance was added to the hole for the Makita to provide an easier fit.

Will review version 002 and create a youtube of it in operation if successful.
