Filament spool holder with securing clips, cones and quick fit nuts

I needed a simple detachable filament spool holder and was impressed by the "Mendel Snap-in Filament Spool Holder" by rhmorrison, ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22292 ) but I have a history of knocking spools off of my existing holder.
