3018 Dust Extractor

I found Nikodem Bartnik's Cyclonic Separator but wanted something as 3-d printed as possible and mounted to a 3018 CNC. I mostly use it for light wood/plastic and PCBs and am tired of having to hold a vacuum. So redesigned everything from scratch and made proper reinforced blower that I've run up to 20k RPMs but really only need about 8k. The rotor assembly is two piece and should press fit together, I've included a rotor insertion tool to help with the installation of the rotor on the motor. It is highly toleranced with the rotor having ~1mm of clearance at the top and bottom to the housing.

The tubing has a 1" ID and is printed in TPU. The dust shoe bolts directly to the cnc using two M3 screws. I printed the Dust Shoe and Brush in TPU. You will need three copies of the the brush file but all three should press fit into the Dust Shoe(will need to stagger).
