This is a plate that mounts to the z-axis. Thread and tap the holes on the left side of the z-axis near the linear bushing with an m5 tap, and then attach it via a pair of M5 screws.

After mounting and wiring, you'll need to make a custom striker plate. Mine is sized a little under, because I replaced the linear bearings on my z carriage and have less room.
