Simple fan shroud for use with 92mm fan and sized for Dan A4-SFX

Use 9mm size for NH-L9. Use longer M3 screws to mount.

Use 5mm size for LP53 + Fan Adapter + NF-A9x14. Use regular fan screws to mount.

Use 3.5mm size for T318 + fan adapter + NF-A9x14, or LP53 + fan adapter + 15/16mm height fan. Use regular fan screws to mount.
