Plate for Inline Ikea Light Switch

I've got a hanging light from Ikea that has an inline switch, but I don't like having to grope around for it everytime I want to use it. I'd rather have it be in a fixed place on my desk where I can hit the switch quickly without grasping the whole cord.

In Tinkercad, I modeled a full-size replica of the switch box and the cord, then formed my plate and cord holding clamps around it. I made sure that the cord was able to be pressed in and removed easily, and that the plate could sit flat on t
