Prusa i3 Mk3 LCD Cover Mod With Multi Color

11/15/18: Added separate models for the text and housing for multi color printing. Can still be printed single color just print cover file as normal. Also now bundled with multi color knob that wont collide with the switches.

Just a remix of estamis lcd mod (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2764663) to make use of the original power switch that comers with the mk3. Light switch is the same size (12.5 x 19mm). Also removed the buzzer holes since it's obnoxiously loud anyway.
