Tractive GPS clip with retainer

Took laazarus' original GPS clip and added bunch of reinforcements, cutout for the charging clip, studs for better collar grip and a retainer that fastens with M3 bolts and nuts for easy removal. It's not pretty, but it seems to work!

Tested on an a very active, despite being over 11 years old, forest sausage (also known as a dachshund).

For the mounting of the retainer I used M3x6 bolts and M3 nuts.
