A tumbler holder for bikes.
It's targeted for a 24mm diameter handlebar, but it can probably work with a couple mm thinner one.
Additionally to the 2 printed parts, it needs 2 M5 16 mm screws.
Tip: You can add a thin layer of hot glue on the inside of the base to help it stick to the handlebar. No need to tighten it too much.
