Extended Hold-downs for Rostock bed

Because of the way I have the heated bed and glass set up on my homemade Rostock delta, I needed the hold-downs that go with the FSR mounts to be a bit taller, and a bit longer. A little rough because I'm still tuning things in, but they work fine. I put a square of high-temperature silicone rubber from a "make your own gasket" kit under the end of each of them, to allow for a bit of play and thermal expansion, and to keep from melting them. xD
