These are just snap-in mounts for various accessories that can be held in place by a single M3 screw. It's designed for the screw to go in from the bottom. This snaps on nicely and is removable and adjustable.

There are two versions, the bigger one holds on very tight and is hard to remove, the smaller version can easily be put on and taken off but only ideal if gravity will hold it down, though it will stay in place without much weight on it.
